Keenly, based in the United States, runs this site. We collect only what you send us, use it only to reply to you, and never sell it. This site has no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email and message.
• Booking a call: the details you enter in the booking form, such as your name, email and phone number.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser details, which our providers handle to run the site and stop spam.

Why

To reply to your message and to set up and hold the calls you book. Nothing else.

Who handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this site, checks the contact form for bots (Turnstile) and delivers your message. Cloudflare’s privacy policy
• Cal.com runs our booking calendar, which may set its own cookies. Cal.com’s privacy policy
• Google Workspace holds our email, where your messages arrive. Google’s privacy policy

How long we keep it

This site keeps nothing. Your message arrives as an email, and we keep it until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we have about you. Email brian@keenly.so and we’ll do it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Do Not Track and changes

We don’t track you across sites, so a Do Not Track signal from your browser has nothing to turn off. If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
